A 5-week series to sharpen your daily communication skills and inspire personal and professional trust.
2009 dates to be announced.
Ethical Communication combines skills and principles so that we can directly and effectively ‘walk our talk.’ Ethical Leadership makes these strategies accessible, relevant to and congruent with the goals of our organization, group or team. If less than half of employees believe that their leaders act with honesty and integrity, and trust in one’s supervisor is more predictive of team and organizational performance than any other factor, how do we (re)develop our leadership so that it inspires trust and, in turn, optimizes performance? First, we must challenge the notion that the “Leader” is someone other than us! Whether we’re in a formal position of authority, work with clients, parent, teach, or participate on a team, we influence and lead all the time - often without being conscious of our methods or impact. This workshop series is for anyone who wants to build exceptional skills and develop sustainable strategies for personal and professional Ethical Leadership and Ethical Communication.
Class size is limited to 20. Participants will be asked to provide written and verbal feedback throughout the series. Email me or call 720-212-4069 for more information.
