Lisa Olcese is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer of NLP and effective communication. I have been consistently impressed by her extensive background in teaching communication skills and her confident, well-prepared presentations. I especially appreciate her focus on ethics, something often lacking from courses in communication. The many ways Lisa applies the skillset of NLP to practical contexts beyond the therapy office are impressive and useful.
