Lisa Olcese is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer of NLP and effective communication. I have been consistently impressed by her extensive background in teaching communication skills and her confident, well-prepared presentations. I especially appreciate her focus on ethics, something often lacking from courses in communication. The many ways Lisa applies the skillset of NLP to practical contexts beyond the therapy office are impressive and useful. I highly recommend Lisa Olcese as both a trainer and consultant. -Duff McDuffee
Professional Development
Bring out the leader in everyone! Professional development can help individuals more quickly and efficiently identify their own resources and barriers to successful performance. This is an essential resource for any employee, and it is particularly useful for managers and staff who know the work well but have little managerial experience; and those who work with people in crisis or conflict, when feelings of confusion, stress, other overwhelming emotions (anger, frustration), or behavior patterns (avoidance, reaction) interfere with effectiveness and/or resolution. We start with group training on exceptional communication skills and strategies, and then move to individual coaching sessions based on these skills, so that individuals can customize and anchor their learning into their specific work context. Training is customized to meet the unique needs of the team, and individual sessions are 60-90 minutes, and include email and phone support. For best results, recommended initial package: 6 initial training sessions and 6 individual sessions per participant, to be completed within 4 months. Facilitated Study Groups are also available.
A great way to evolve your work, in any field, is to attend the 5-week Ethical Leadership, Ethical Communication training series. Next series begins April 2009. Click here for details.
