Coaching Coffee Talk
Come explore the playground of your mind in a safe, supportive and private way - yes, even in a public setting, with a warm cup of coffee or tea between your hands! I'll lead you through a simple exercise that helps you rearrange the way you think about a limiting situation, to provide you with more resources and choices around how you think about it in the future!

Exploratory Happy Hour
In this informal-yet-focused setting, we'll explore various ways to redefine - and possibly re-experience - a situation that has limited you in some way. This is a lighter discussion about a topic, rather than an in-depth analysis. Still, plan to leave feeling open to possibilities!

Wednesday, 2/11, 5:30 - 7 p.m. in Boulder

Cost: whatever you choose to spend on yourself at the venue

Prep: bring an issue or situation that you'd like some help with - during Coffee Talks, you will not need to share any content in order to gain benefit. During Happy Hour, you may wish to share some general content. You control the degree to which you share!
